›Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Nexus is free during early access — every product, no card, no time limit.
›Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Workspace Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
›What counts as a "user"?
A workspace member with login access. External clients using the Client Portal don’t count as billable users.
›How do I get every product at once?
During early access every product is already included — free. Once billing starts, Scale (planned at $181 / user / mo) will include all 17 products plus governance features (SSO, custom roles, audit log, dedicated CSM), and on Starter or Business you’ll be able to add extra products one by one for $49 / user / mo each.
›Which currencies can I see prices in?
USD, SAR, AED, EUR, GBP, KWD and JOD — switch the dropdown at the top of this page. The actual billing currency is decided at checkout; the display rates are indicative.
›Is there a non-profit discount?
Once billing starts — yes, 30% off for verified non-profits. Email us from /contact with your registration certificate.
›Do you offer annual billing?
Once billing starts — yes, 10% off when you pay annually upfront.
›Is Nexus really free right now?

›Where is my data stored?
Postgres on our European server. We do nightly backups and offer on-demand exports.
