›How is pricing decided?
During Beta, pricing is agreed with our sales team based on your team size and the products you want to use. Email hit@eslingshot.com or send us a message from the contact page and we will come back with a proposal.
›Can I add products later?
Yes. Every Nexus product shares the same workspace and contact list, so you can add or remove products as your team grows. Talk to sales and we will adjust your agreement.
›Do you offer annual agreements?
Yes — both monthly and annual agreements are available. Tell sales which you prefer and we will set it up.
›Is there a Beta programme?
Nexus is in Beta today. Beta customers get every shipped product, direct access to the team, and a say in what we build next. Some products are still marked "Coming soon" and are not yet available.
›What counts as a "user"?
A workspace member with login access. External clients using the Client Portal do not count as users.
›Can I create a workspace before talking to sales?
Yes — you can create your workspace and explore right away. Contact sales when you are ready to roll it out to your team.
›Where is my data stored?
Postgres on our European server. We do nightly backups and offer on-demand exports.
